Teaching and training <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am currently a Visiting Lecturer at UCL in London. I teach a module at the Department of Information Studies on Digital Futures: Sustainable and Innovative Industries. I am helping postgraduate students to connect their research skills and critical understanding of digital industries and technologies to industry practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Hult International Business School<\/a> in London back in the day. I designed a delivered an undergraduate course on Innovation Trends, covering product innovation, innovation in the creative industries, process innovation and innovative financing models. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mentoring<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I casually and formally mentor younger professionals who are interested in public policy and technology. I concentrate on career path design, resilience at work and building networks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am particularly interested in supporting women who are building a policy career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public Speaking <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes in a personal capacity and sometimes in a professional capacity, I really enjoy public speaking on themes such as online creativity, thriving at work, travel tech and public policy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m a bit of a storyteller when I’m on stage but really get excited about working with a panel of experts to craft a journey<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advisory<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m a proud member of the College of Experts<\/a> at the ESRC Digital Good Network<\/a>. The Network is concerned with building a research community focused on what a good digital society should look like and how we get there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Network funds research projects, fellowships and internships that explore three societal challenges that we see as crucial to ensuring that digital technologies benefit people and societies: equity, sustainability and resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
